How long does it typically take to receive an order?

The order usually needs a processing time of 3 to 4 working days before being shipped. Then, it is delivered within 1 to 4 working days, using express delivery service. However, shipping may take longer than 4 days depending on national customs regulations. Goldoni Milano is not responsible for any delays because of these procedures.

 

What methods of payment does Goldoni Milano accept?

We accept major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and we accept PayPal payments, too. All prices are listed in EURO and US DOLLAR.

 

Do your prices include taxes? 

By default, product prices are EU, VAT inclusive for the EU countries. They might be subject to further taxes and duties for all destinations outside the EU.

 

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

 

What is your refund policy? 

Goldoni Milano will refund merchandise within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is still in its original packaging and there are no signs of use or misuse. Eligible returns must be sent via track-able mail; otherwise the buyer takes the responsibility in case the item is lost. After all the requirements are met, we will refund you the amount you paid for the order. For more information, please read our Refund Policy section.

 

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless “Sold Out” is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

 

How do I receive my e-Gift Card? 

You will receive the e-Gift Card by e-mail, immediately after submitting your order. Then you can either use it for yourself or give it to somebody else as a gift.

 

How do I check my e-Gift Card balance?

If the gift card is attached to your customer account, you can check the balance through the link provided in your purchase email. Otherwise, you must contact us on info@goldonimilano.com and we will give you all the details.

 

Can I use more than one e-Gift Card towards a purchase?

Yes, of course you can.

 

Can I use an e-Gift Card more than once?

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

 

Can I apply a discount code to my e-Gift Card purchase?

No, discount codes cannot be applied to e-Gift Card purchases.

 

Can e-Gift Cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

 

Can I exchange my Goldoni Milano e-Gift Card for cash?

Unfortunately not. Goldoni Milano e-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers.

 

Can I customize the e-Gift Card?

Yes. You can customize it, by choosing the perfect design that matches the special event or someone's unique personality. Add a personal touch to your gift card by writing a message to express your love and best wishes.
