How long does it typically take to receive an order?

The orders might need a processing time of up to 3-4 working days before being shipped. Please know that most of the orders are usually processed within 48h. Then, they are delivered within 1 to 4 working days, using express delivery service. However, delivery may take longer than 4 days depending on national customs regulations. Goldoni Milano is not responsible for any delays because of these procedures. Please keep in mind that no orders are shipped or delivered during weekends or holidays. Our business days are Monday to Friday.

During the holiday season, due to high demand, deliveries might have some delays. We understand that you want to receive your order as soon as possible, so we promise to work very hard to avoid such delays.

 

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless “Sold Out” is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

 

What methods of payment does Goldoni Milano accept?

We accept major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and we accept PayPal payments, too. All prices are listed in EUR, USD, CAD, GBP, INR, AUD, JPY. You can choose to view the prices in your preferred currency, but keep in mind that your chosen method of payment will be charged in EUR.

  

Can I have a different delivery address to my billing address?

Yes you can but orders can be delayed while we verify that the shipping address is legitimate. We recommend that you ship to the address the card is issued to to avoid delays.

 

Do your prices include taxes?

By default, product prices are EU, VAT inclusive for the EU countries. They might be subject to further taxes and duties for all destinations outside the EU. 

Please be aware that Goldoni Milano does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.  

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Goldoni Milano, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

 

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

 

What is your refund policy? 

Goldoni Milano will refund merchandise within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is still in its original packaging and there are no signs of use or misuse. Eligible returns must be sent via track-able mail; otherwise the buyer takes the responsibility in case the item is lost. After all the requirements are met, we will refund you the amount you paid for the order. For more information, please read our Returns Policy section.
